This app is a waste of money. I have to creat a playlist every time i start my run as it doesnt remember, no beat sync at all, no clear instruction for the run, no instructions where to run and where to walk. I dont see how it is interactive but i might be my fault. I had to google Jeff and find some background info about his method which made me curious so i ll complete the 10 weeks but i m alternating this app with other lolo apps.
I've used every running App out there but this is completely different. After a break from running following completing a half marathon and losing my love of running, ice had a few half attempts at getting back into it but my head always over ruled my body and told me to stop I couldn't do it. He encourages you while you go a and your own music is sped up or slowed down to keep you at the correct pace. I love this App!!!
